Also known as Mr. Antón, he was an artist who carried out most of his activity in Catalonia. Trained with Joan Núñez and Josep Dunyach, he went on to study drawing with Salvador Dalí.

His Noucentista style in the arts developed late, with clear influences from Aristides Maillol. He focused his work on the female figure and participated in several exhibitions with notable success in Madrid and Barcelona between 1932 and 1935.

He was also a great collector of art and antiques. The set of pieces he collected over the years served to create the Casamor Foundation, located in the municipality of Navata (Alt Empordà).
