Sediments and erosion

“We are sediments of emotions, silently molded by time”

Landscape erosions are the writings of time on the skin of the earth. Every crack is a memory, every sediment is a trace of life that persists. And like these sediments that rest in the depths, we too keep emotions and memories in invisible layers that, silently, shape and transform us.

Water – as Carl Jung recalled – is not just matter, but a symbol: an unconscious current, a transformative force. It erodes, wears away and shapes, but also fertilises, opening new paths and gestating unexpected forms.

This work is an invitation to look beyond the surface: to recognize in the cracks of the earth the folds of one’s own experience, and to discover in the landscape a subtle mirror of our interiority.
