Description of the work

The work tells the story of feminine strength and subtle feminism. In this artistic representation of the first women's monastery located in the Monastery of Sant Joan de les Abadesses in the 9th century, the nuns and their abbess, Emma de Barcelona, ​​emerge as silent protagonists despite the unjust defamation they suffered. The sky, the trees and the water seem to capture the essence and energy of this exceptional place.
