Born in Premià de Mar, his life and creative trajectory was deeply influenced by the rural landscape of Vallcebre, in Berguedà. In this natural environment he began to explore the expressive possibilities of wood, a path that took him from craftsmanship to sculpture, developing his own language rooted in living matter.
In 2011, upon returning to Maresme, I formally began my artistic journey. I trained at the Luis Barbosa School of Carving and Sculpture and, later, with Pepe Llorente, who specialized in chainsaw sculpture. This stage allowed me to delve deeper into large-scale work and culminated in my first solo exhibition, Nervacions Orgàniques, presented in 2017.
With the desire to continue evolving, in 2021 I joined the Escola Llotja in Barcelona to study Artistic Reproductions in Wood, and later, Sculptural Techniques. This training allows me to expand my three-dimensional language, working with new materials such as stone —marble, Ull de Cona stone, Alcalà Torà— and, occasionally, iron.
I have been recognized with several national and international sculpture awards, highlighting the two-meter-high urban sculpture installed on Gran Via in L’Hospitalet. I currently reside in Alt Empordà, from where I continue to create works that seek an intimate connection between nature, emotion and sculptural form.
